The service
Veloraa Technologies provides done-for-you CRM setup, website development, and custom app development for U.S. small businesses. Engagements are scoped and quoted before any work begins.
Engagements and payment
Each plan is scoped with a fixed setup fee and a monthly fee where applicable. We take 50% to start and 50% at launch. Starter is month-to-month; Growth and Premium carry a 6-month minimum with 30 days' notice to cancel thereafter.
Launch timelines
Starter launches in 5–7 days, Growth in 7–14 days, and Premium in 3–6 weeks, counted from the day we receive your assets. If we miss an agreed launch date through our own fault, the first month is free.
Your ownership
At launch you own the CRM, website, and any custom code we build for you, and we hand over full access. You are free to take it to any provider at any time.
Our work
We work directly with the people you speak to — no vendor handoffs. Work is performed around U.S. business hours. Third-party platform fees, domains, and hosting are billed to you at cost or held in your own accounts.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, leads, or data caused by third-party platforms or factors outside our control.
